

At Teras, clients work with their on-site case manager and our vocational coach to develop a recovery fellowship and engage work. Clients of Teras may also be involved in outpatient treatment while they develop a foundation in their recovery work, and apply to work positions. After 30 days, clients are expected to be employed while they continue progress in their recovery work. They continue to meet with their case manager weekly and participate in community support activities.

The Haven at Hope is known for its compassionate approach to recovery, offering residents a safe and structured living environment. Certification requires compliance with National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) standards, covering health, safety, and ethical operations.
Cultural responsiveness and competence training or certification are provided. Evidence that staff are supported in maintaining appropriate boundaries according to a code of conduct. Ms. Coimbra graduated from Bradford College as senior class president, is completing an additional graduate degree in education and teaches fifth grade at the Academy of Notre Dame in Tyngsboro, MA. She started a program at NDA that allows her students to complete charity work through the Sisters of Notre Dame De Namur Hallmarks. Louise is a strong advocate for education, support, recovery and treatment. She spent 25 years working at local institutions such as Saints Medical Center and the Greater Lowell Cancer Program. In these facilities, she was a cancer registrar, program coordinator, and data manager of clinical trials. She has also held many positions on regional and national Cancer Registrar Boards.

Pamela Huntley was named Executive Director of The Megan House Foundation on July 1, 2019, after serving in the role on an interim basis since January of the same year. Staff and/or resident leaders educate residents about local community-based resources. Job descriptions require staff to facilitate access to local community-based resources. Peer support interactions among residents are facilitated to expand responsibilities for personal and community recovery. Our family way of life will provide a safe and clean environment that is ideal for continuing long-term recovery.
